Benjamin S. Greenbaum, CPA, CFP, PFS, is a Partner at Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C. Mr. Greenbaum provides accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory services to closely held and family-owned businesses in a broad array of industries, including jewelry wholesale, manufacturing, professional services, structural engineering, real estate, health care, and technical software companies that service financial and government institutions.
In addition, Mr. Greenbaum provides financial planning services to high net worth individuals. In this capacity, he develops, researches, and implements personal financial planning strategies instrumental in wealth transfer and in significantly reducing income and estate taxes. Additionally, he has experience with an array of estate and trust administrative services including serving as a trustee. He interfaces with attorneys and investment advisors relating to investment, retirement, and estate planning.
A graduate of Baruch College, Mr. Greenbaum conducts workshops related to tax legislation, retirement, and estate planning. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
