Vincent Paolucci, CPA, MST, is a Partner in the Tax Group at Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C. Mr. Paolucci specializes in tax consulting & planning, mergers & acquisitions, succession & compensation planning, tax authorities, and multi-state work, among others. His experience spans across several industries including manufacturing & distribution, real estate, middle market companies, and closely held businesses.
Mr. Paolucci has extensive experience in providing tax consulting and compliance services to middle market companies and closely held businesses. He also has experience providing trust & estate planning and gift services to high-net-worth individuals. Vincent finds it important to build lasting and trusting relationships with clients as well as colleagues and looks to give back to his fellow accountants by offering mentoring and career coaching. Mr. Paolucci has been called upon to speak on the topic of tax matters to several professional societies, private companies, and networking groups, is an adjunct professor at his alma mater LIU Post and is involved in the firm’s internal training program.
Mr. Paolucci received his Master of Science in Taxation from Long Island University-Post and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NYSSCPA”).
