With over 90% of malware being delivered globally via e-mail it is important to know how to recognize and deal with phishing scams. While you or other employees might click on an email in good faith, it could pose a financial risk to your business. Phishing has become very sophisticated and almost undetectable, as criminals have found ways to make their emails as realistic as possible. 2. Examine the entire from email address
3. Look for urgency or demanding actions
4. Carefully check all links
5. Notice misspellings, incorrect grammar and odd phrasing
6. Check for secure website
7. Don’t immediately click on attachments
