Lee Ferber, CPA, is partner-in-charge of Gettry Marcus’ M&A Transaction Advisory Services and Health Care Consulting Groups. He has been a Partner with Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C. since 1999. As partner-in-charge of the firm’s M&A Transaction Advisory Services Group, he works collaboratively with business owners and their management teams, advising in all phases of the sale of their business, from early-stage planning through final transaction execution.

Panelists

Brett Epstein, is a former owner and operator of Jet Line Products, a family-owned B2B wholesale distributor of swimming pool supplies, equipment, and chemicals established in 1971. With his partners, he helped grow the business significantly during his 16 year tenure. In late 2020, Jet Line was acquired by Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL). Brett played an integral role in the diligence and sale process. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Brett is now seeking deal opportunities across multiple industries for his next chapter. 

Warren H. Feder is a Senior Partner and co-founder of the investment banking group at Carl Marks Advisors. Having owned, operated, and sold his own businesses in the past, Warren truly understands the significance of sale and financing transactions to his entrepreneurial and family business clients and works tirelessly to close the right deals with the right partners at the highest values. Bringing an ownership mindset and investor acumen to each situation, Warren has executed many middle-market sales, financings, and recapitalizations in a variety of sectors, including food, personal products, energy services & infrastructure, home furnishings, manufacturing, marketing services, financial services, business services, building products, distribution, and healthcare.
