Gettry Marcus Welcomes Terry Pomerenk Director of Recruitment and Career Development

Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C. is pleased to announce that Terry Pomerenk has joined the firm, in a newly created position, as Director of Recruitment and Career Development.

In her role at Gettry Marcus, Ms. Pomerenk will focus on: developing and enriching the careers of all employees, reviewing and implementation of the firm’s mentor, careerpath and training programs, and recruiting talent to fill the firms growing needs as it expands.  She comes to the firm with over 15 years of experience and has proven abilities in developing and implementing strategic human resource initiatives in alignment with the culture and business objectives of the firm in these areas.

Prior to joining Gettry Marcus, Ms. Pomerenk, a resident of Kings Park, was the Human Resources Manager at Grodsky, Caporrino & Kaufman, LLP, a boutique CPA firm in Jericho, New York. She is a Hofstra University Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration graduate.  Additionally, Ms. Pomerenk is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
