As a member of the firm’s Business Valuation & Litigation Services Group, Mr. Glazer has been called upon to serve in New York State Supreme Court as a qualified expert witness because of his knowledge and expertise in performing business valuations.

Maurice Kassimir, Esq., Partner at Maurice Kassimir & Associates, P.C., specializes in sophisticated estate tax planning strategies, estate administration, and business succession planning. Mr. Kassimir is a frequent lecturer for New York banks, life insurance companies, and professional organizations on sophisticated estate planning strategies and succession planning for closely-held business owners. Dean Surkin, Esq., Tax Director at Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C., is an experienced litigator for major cases in the fields of taxation, probate, and general commercial matters, and has been peer-reviewed by Martindale-Hubbell. As an adjunct professor, Mr. Surkin has taught courses on partnership taxation, estate planning, and gift taxation and has presented seminars to the Foundation for Accounting Education, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Society of Women Accountants, and many private groups.

Rochelle Zarett, CPA, Manager at Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C., manages all aspects of trust, estate, and gift tax return processing from client meetings to the filing of returns. Ms. Zarett oversees the preparation of judicial accountings, which are used in various contexts, such as estate administration, guardianships, and divorce and partnership dissolutions. She is also involved in the preparation and review of high net worth individual tax returns.
